Complete Email Flows

After connecting your Klaviyo account in the Wunderkind Platform Integrations Hub, navigate to your Flows page and filter by the tag wknd to find 6 pre‑configured Signals flows. Each flow is labeled to correspond to a Wunderkind metric which serves as the flow trigger.

Before reviewing your new flows, please wait for Wunderkind to complete a few manual, one‑time settings in your account. Once Wunderkind gives the go‑ahead, use the checklist below to finalize your brand's content and settings within each flow.

Checklist

• On each flow trigger, finalize your Profile filters. Klaviyo will check against these filters when someone first enters a flow and before each action (ex. email send):

  • Review the default Profile filters controlling your flow eligibility and overlap here, adjusting as desired.

  • To prevent users from continuing to receive the flow after they make a purchase, add a Profile filter for users who placed an order zero times in the last 1 day. If on Shopify, you can use the Placed Order event.

    

  • Wunderkind will only trigger a Signal to a user who is not unsubscribed in Klaviyo. Add stricter consent filters if needed.

• On each individual flow message, set Email details in the righthand panel:
  • Confirm all Subject and sender settings: Subject line, Preview text, Sender name, Sender email address, and Reply‑to address.
  • Select a creative template that uses the Wunderkind product grid provided in your Universal content library. A common approach is to build one base layout in your Templates library and reuse it across flow messages, updating copy and links as needed.
  • Review UTM parameters. Custom UTM tracking should be enabled on each message, with utm_term set to wknd_signals and bxid populated with the Klaviyo profile ID for identity continuity.
    • 💡 To maximize identification and campaign reach, set bxid to Klaviyo profile ID on any non-Wunderkind marketing emails.
