This step will be completed by Wunderkind using the deliverables from Step 1 that have been provided by the client

Wunderkind will first set up a sending configuration (known internally as a credentials file) using the information provided by the client in Step 1

Wunderkind will then create the Wunderkind Experiences in the client's plan and configure them to use the sending configuration above. See below for our standard campaign definitions.

Note: If you are migrating to Signals Webhook from a previous Wunderkind service, your campaign definitions may be different then what is outlined below. Please work with your Customer Success Manager to confirm what experiences will be migrated.

Wunderkind Experiences: Campaign Definitions

We have 3 Abandonment campaigns and 3 Catalog campaigns, each campaign maps to a "signal" that is sent to your Webhook.

Cart Abandonment	Send Time: 35 minutes after user abandons site Eligibility: User has triggered “add to cart” (added product to their Cart) this visit
Product Abandonment	Send Time: 35 minutes after user abandons site Eligibility: User has triggered "view item" (viewed a product page) this visit
Category Abandonment	Send Time: 35 minutes after user abandons site Eligibility: User has triggered "view category" (viewed a category page) this visit
Back in Stock Price Drop Low Stock	Send Time: The time of day the user interacted with the item Eligibility: User interacted with an item that has: come back in stock, dropped in price, or become low in stock

Campaign Selection & Priority (per visit)

Abandonment Campaigns

At the end of a user’s visit, we evaluate campaigns in priority order and send a signal for the single highest-priority campaign the user is eligible for during that visit.
Cart Abandonment is the highest priority campaign, followed by Product Abandonment, then Category Abandonment as the lowest priority
If a user returns to site in a later visit and is eligible for a different Abandonment campaign, we will also trigger a signal for that Abandonment campaign

Catalog Campaigns

Per feed ingestion, a user can receive up to one type of catalog campaign if items they have viewed have: come back in stock, dropped in price, or become low in stock

Send Limits Across Visits (24-hour rule)

A user may only receive one signal for per campaign within a rolling 24-hour window
Within 24 hours of a user’s most recent send:
- The same campaign will not be sent twice
- Other campaigns may still be sent if their eligibility conditions are met
As a result, a user may receive multiple signals within 24 hours, provided each is for a different campaign
After 24 hours from the last send of a specific campaign, that campaign becomes eligible again according to its standard rules
For Catalog campaigns specifically, the user won’t be eligible for the campaign if they have converted since the time the item came back in stock, dropped in price, or became low in stock
